Refund policy
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed after receiving the purchased item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any items installed onto vehicle will not be eligible for return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please Note
- Special order items are strictly non-refundable.
- Motorsport parts are designed for racing purposes and off road use only.
- There are no warranties on performance parts and all parts sold by JR Performance
- We do not hold responsibility for any lost, damages or stolen items.
- Please consider carefully upon purchase, if unsure contact a representative at JR Performance we pride ourself on customer service and building customer rapport.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to P.O Box 4576 Casula Mall, NSW 2170
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Goods Returned for Credit and Exchange Remanufactured Unit Deposits
- On return of goods J.R Performance will refund the purchase price less transportation and associated labour costs, a 25% re-stocking fee will also occur, provided the customer has not held the product for a period in excess of 7 days from invoice date.
- Any product returned that is not in a saleable condition will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Specially manufactured items considered “Special Order” will not be refundable under any circumstances.
- Specially ordered, non-stock items will not be refundable under any circumstances.
- No change of mind refunds will be accepted.
- Cancellation of orders purchased with Paypal will incur 10% handling and processing fee of total amount paid. (Plus 25% re-stocking fee if applicable )
- Cancellation of orders purchased with VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX will incur 10% handling and processing fee of total amount paid. (Plus 25% re-stocking fee if applicable )
- Paypal refund will be processed between 14-28 business days.
- VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX refund will be processed between 14-28 business days.
- No change of mind refunds will be accepted.
- Cancellation of orders purchased with Afterpay/Zip Money will incur 15% handling and processing fee of total amount paid. (Plus 25% re-stocking fee if applicable )
- Afterpay/Zip Money refund will be processed between 14-28 business days.
- Paypal refund will be processed between 14-28 business days.
- VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX refund will be processed between 14-28 business days.
